Blog Development

For the 3rd night in a row I am leaving the office now, at 1.30am. This blog is shaping up, which is one of the many projects I am currently working on.

If you are opted in to our newsletter list you would have been brought up to date with some of the releases, and there are a few more things I have been working on behind the scenes.

I am highly driven to fufill the potential of KSI as a busines , something I have been working on for 21 years now.

During this time I have learnt so much about who is committed to the KSI way and who is simply kicking our tyres, someone who we may interact with briefly along the way, or someone who is looking to use an association with us to boost their percieved social ratings as (another) 'internationally recognized expert' with 515 years of experience.

I value the contribtuion of those who have shown the long term committment. I know as we continually improve we are going to achieve many great things, and some of you will be there and be part of that. As with any great achievements, there is an element of time and consistent, determined disciplined focused activity. So if you are with us for the future achievements you will have developed effective mastery of these qualities!

Last week I put together an 8 page PDF titled '25 Training Tips' aimed at giving some clarity to what makes the my training philosophies unique.

Ian Kings' Guide to....Checklists

My latest developments - checklists in pdf for strength training exercises. Titled 'Ian King's Guides to....', each of these checklists is about 5 pages long so you can see they are fairly comprehensive.

I have currently completed the squat, bench press and deadlift.

I am not sure how/when/if I will release these, and/or expand the range. As I get feedback on them I will use this to determine the direction on this project.

I offered a free copy of these three to buyers of the How to Teach DVD who ordered within the first 24 hours of the pre-production offer for the new dvd, and I also offered a free copy to the KSI Forum members.
